How do I enroll my child in your program?

If you would like to apply for enrollment with our Center, you will need to fill out a Childcare Application. You can pick an application up at our Bishop St. location or download the application below (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view or print these).

How do I apply for employment or sign up as an intern with your program?

If you would like to apply for employment with our Center, you can pick an application up at our Bishop St. location or download the application below (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view or print these). We also offer internship and volunteer opportunities. Please contact an administrator from our organization, Cuesta, or Cal Poly for more information.
